I maintain insurance for bodily injury and property damage. The
property damage clause includes your airplane and it is “primary”. I also carry
professional liability insurance, however I will still require a Certificate of
Insurance (COI) from your broker naming me as additionally insured with a
Waiver of Subrogation (WOS). If you are self-insured, or if your underwriter
requires it, I will also ask you to sign an indemnification agreement. If you
or your broker has any questions, please feel free to ask.
